Theme 10 - Brother

Had an argument with the economics professor, then bunked his next lecture, sir wanted to take severe action, he announced, anyone who testify in-front of the director that Vishnu is on bunk, will get complete attendance.
Just then Mukul whispered,'भाई है वो अपना, सब सोच लियो ', no one stood-up,
the whisper was loud & clear to the respected sir.

A 4 year old boy was very happy when he was told that he’ll be a brother soon, but unfortunately the girl child expired.He went to the hospital with a flower to gift it to his sister.His mother said that his sister went somewhere,hearing this he was a little upset but still was shouting aloud, "I became a brother....."

He hid my books, ate my desserts, kept the laptop password protected and mother loved him more..

Distances bring people closer. I never experienced it until the younger brother went out of the town to study.
When he was here, we fought all the time. Now, we chat on WhatsApp.
Sometimes, he sends me a kiss emoticon too.

दोस्तों की शराब-नोशी के दौरान अक्सर जैसा होता है किसी एक ने दूजे से कहा " तू मेरा भाई है "।
तुरंत दूजे ने लड़खड़ाती ज़बान में उसे टोका " नईsss !यार…..,भाई नई…….., मुझे दोस्त ही कह।"
उसकी ये गुज़ारिश उससे उसके भाई से रिश्तो में घुली कड़वाहट बयाँ कर रही थी।

मंदिर मे लगी किसी भाई की वो अर्ज़ी आज भी स्तब्ध कर देती है, जो चीख चीख कर कहती है- "हे ईश्वर मेरी माँ जैसी बड़ी दीदी के जीवनसे बांझ शब्द हटा दो..."
